The Place

Framlingham is a relatively small market town probably best known for its castle that majestically looks over the town.  Built in the 11^th century it was home to many noble families and a visit here is well worthwhile.

Framlingham sits less than 12 miles north of Woodbridge and Ipswich the county town of Suffolk is approx 17 miles to the south west.

Woodbridge has a branch line railway station to Ipswich and Lowestoft.  Ipswich provides direct rail links to London, Norwich and Cambridge.

The beautiful Suffolk Heritage coast is only around half an hour’s drive away, home to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness.  Just a little further away are the popular but traditional seaside resorts of Southwold and Walberswick.

The Homes

The Neighbourhood

The Langshaw is a select development in a sought after market town with excellent facilities.  Framlingham has a thriving town centre with many independent shops, cafes, public houses and restaurants.  It’s host to a twice-weekly market serving local produce including cheeses, baked goods and wine.

The town is home to Thomas Mills High School and Framlingham College plus there are a number of primary schools in and around Framlingham.
